“Online Program for Teacher Learning towards Enhancing Students’ Media Literacy Skills” was the product of the Research and Development (R&D) methodology employment. It comprised of the teachers’ learning development project and the utilizing teachers’ learning outcomes to student development project. The first project amounted to six teachers’ learning manuals, whereas the second project had one action manual of utilizing teachers’ learning outcomes to student development. The manuals were tested in a school that represented the opportunity expansion schools under the Commission on Basic Education. An experimental research model designed one group pretest-posttest included an experimental group of 12 teachers and 59 students. The results revealed that the invented online program was effective and consistent with the study’s assumption. The findings illustrated that 1) the post-experimental test for teachers met the standard of 90/90, 2) the teachers’ posttest mean scores were statistically significantly higher than before the experiment, and 3) the students’ mean score on media literacy skills assessment after the experiment was statistically significantly higher than before the experiment. In addition, it verified that the invented online program was appropriate for the dissemination in the target opportunity expansion schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission throughout the country.
