06399nam a22002177a#450000100060000000700030000600800410000908200300005010000450008024503760012524600850050126001210058630000710070752037750077852014680455369000560602185000080607785600730608594200090615899800140616737660tz230831t2566    th ||||| |||| 00| 0 tha d  aดฎ 371.104bบ253ส  aบัญชา ธรรมบุตร  aเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ของครูสู่การพัฒนานักศึกษาเพื่อเป็นนักศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จ =bEnhancing Teachers’ Learning to Develop Students to Become Successful Students /cบัญชา ธรรมบุตร  aEnhancing Teachers’ Learning to Develop Students to Become Successful Students  aนครปฐม :bมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย,c2566  aฎ, 370 หน้า :bภาพประกอบ ;c30 ซม.  aการวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ของครูสู่การพัฒนานักศึกษาให้เป็นนักศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จ เป็นปฏิบัติการในโครงการวิจัยบนพื้นฐานจากการความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและจากการเป็นสังคมฐานความรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยนำเอานานาทัศนะสากลเกี่ยวกับแนวการพัฒนานักศึกษาให้เป็นนักศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จที่มีผู้รู้นำเสนอไว้อย่างหลากหลายทางอินเทอร์เน็ต มาจัดกระทำโดยกระบวนการวิจัยและพัฒนาเพื่อให้ได้นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่สามารถนำมาใช้ในการเสริมพลังการเรียนรู้ให้กับครู แล้วครูนำผลการเรียนรู้นั้นไปสู่การพัฒนาผู้เรียนตามแนวคิด “ความรู้และการกระทำคืออำนาจ” (Knowledge and action are power) โดยเชื่อว่าหากครูเกิดการเรียนรู้แล้ว ครูย่อมนำผลการเรียนรู้นั้นสู่การปฏิบัติในห้องเรียนก็จะก่อให้เกิดอำนาจที่ส่งผลลัพธ์ต่อผู้เรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผลมากขึ้น ซึ่งจากผลการวิจัย ทำให้ได้นวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่เรียกว่า “โปรแกรมอบรมออนไลน์ด้วยตนเองเพื่อยกระดับการเรียนรู้ของครูเพื่อพัฒนานักศึกษาให้เป็นนักศึกษาที่ประสบความสำเร็จ” ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเนื้อหาจากครูผู้มีส่วนได้เสียกับการนำนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษานี้ไปใช้ และผ่านการวิจัยเชิงทดลองในภาคสนามแล้ว พบว่า มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด แสดงว่านวัตกรรมทางการศึกษานี้สามารถนำไปเผยแพร่เพื่อใช้พัฒนาครูสู่การพัฒนานักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกูฏราชวิทยาลัย  ซึ่งเป็นประชากรกลุ่มเป้าหมายในการเผยแพร่ผลงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้ทั้งในส่วนกลางและวิทยาเขตทุกแห่ง  aThis research aims to enhance teachers' learning towards the development of successful students. It is an operation within a research project based on the foundation of digital technology advancements and the knowledge-based society in the 21st century. By utilizing various global perspectives on the development of successful students presented by experts on the internet, the research and development process is conducted to create educational innovations that can be applied to empower teachers' learning. Teachers will then use their learning outcomes to develop students according to the concept "knowledge and action is power." The belief is that if teachers experience learning, they will bring that learning into practice in the classroom, leading to more effective outcomes for students. The research results in an educational innovation called "Self-Paced Online Training Program to Enhance Teachers' Learning for the Development of Successful Students." This innovation has been quality-checked by teachers who are stakeholders in its implementation and has undergone experimental field research.
