09090nam a22002417a#450000100060000000700030000600800410000908200280005010000540007824505930013224601520072526001210087730000710099852052040106952023100627365000430858365000620862669000560868885000080874485600730875294200090882599800140883437199tz230309t2565    th ||||| |||| 00| 0 tha d  aวท 371.2bร366ก  aรัตติยา วงค์อินตา  aการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 =bParticipation of Personnel in Academic Administration based on 7 Principles of Sappurisadhamma under Roi-Et Primary Education Service Area Office 2 /cรัตติยา วงค์อินตา  aParticipation of Personnel in Academic Administration based on 7 Principles of Sappurisadhamma under Roi-Et Primary Education Service Area Office 2  aนครปฐม :bมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย,c2565  aฒ, 151 หน้า :bภาพประกอบ ;c30 ซม.  aการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ดเขต 2 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 จำแนกตาม ตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 341 คน และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ เท่ากับ 0.98 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน  และสถิติที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมุติฐานได้แก่ ค่า t-test, F-test และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา	  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า :  1. ระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ได้แก่ ด้านการนิเทศภายในสถานศึกษา รองลงมา ด้านการจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำที่สุดคือ ด้านการจัดการแหล่งเรียนรู้  2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 จำแนกตามตำแหน่ง ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงานโดยรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน  3. แนวทางการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการบริหารงานวิชาการตามหลักสัปปุริสธรรม 7 โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 2 สรุปได้ว่า ควรจัดทำหลักสูตรต้องปรับปรุงให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพของปัญหา เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของนักเรียนชุมชนและท้องถิ่นสอดรับกับหลักสูตรแกนกลางเน้นการวัดผลอย่างหลากหลายวิธีจัดตั้งศูนย์วิชาการเพื่อเผยแพร่และแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้และผลการวิจัย  aThe objectives of the research were 1) to study participation of personnel in academic administration based on 7 Principles of Sappurisadhamma under the Roi Et Primary  Education Service Area Office 2., 2) to compare participation of personnel in academic administration based on 7 Principles of Sappurisadhamma of schools in mention classified by positions, educational level and working experiences and, 3) to find out the guidelines for participation of personnel in academic administration based on 7 Principles of Sappurisadhamma of the said schools. Samples were the administrators and teachers, totally 341 in number and 5 interviews. The research instrument for collecting the data was the questionnaire, with its reliability value at 0.98 and quality-verified interview.  The data collected were analyzed by the computer program, and the statistical devices composed of Frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested with t-test, F-test and content analysis.    The research results were as follows:  1. The level of Participation of personnel in academic administration based on 7 Principles of Sappurisadhamma under the Roi-Et Primary education service area office 2 was overall at a high level. The aspect with the highest average was Supervision in educational institutions, followed by the preparation of educational institutions’ curriculum. The side with the lowest mean was learning resource management.  2. The results of the comparison of the level of opinion towards the Participation of personnel in academic administration based on 7 Principles of Sappurisadhamma under the Roi-Et Primary education service area office 2, classified by position, education level and work experience by overall and each aspect were no difference.            3. Guidelines of Participation of personnel in academic administration based on 7 Principles of Sappurisadhamma under the Roi-Et Primary education service area office 2.
