10838nam a22002417a#450000100060000000700030000600800410000908200280005010001020007824504530018024601110063326001210074430000880086552068430095352025100779665000441030665000591035069000831040985000081049285600731050094200091057399800141058236985tz221220t2565    th ||||| |||| 00| 0 tha d  aวท 371.1bพ996บ  aพระมหาไพศาล นฺนทเมธี (พันธ์สวัสดิ์)  aบทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในโรงเรียนจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช =bThe Role of Buddhist Teachings in Promoting Morality and Ethics in Schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province /cพระมหาไพศาล นฺนทเมธี (พันธ์สวัสดิ์)  aThe Role of Buddhist Teachings in Promoting Morality and Ethics in Schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province  aนครปฐม :bมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย,c2565  aฐ, 170 หน้า :bภาพประกอบ, ตาราง ;c30 ซม.  aวิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาบทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ในโรงเรียนจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ในโรงเรียนจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ในโรงเรียนจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช การวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยกำหนดรูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed methodology) ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากรในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนสวนกุหลาบวิทยาลัย โรงเรียนท่านครญาณวโรภาสอุทิศ และโรงเรียนเฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทร์ รวมจำนวนทั้งหมด 1,060 คน ผู้วิจัยกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie และ Morgan ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 285 คน และวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เป็นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก กับผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 5 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ใช้สถิติค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณณาประกอบบริบท  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า :  1. บทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในโรงเรียน โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.89 ) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านโดยเรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย พบว่า ด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริธรรมการเรียนการสอนแก่นักเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด ( = 4.34) รองลงมา คือ ด้านกิจกรรมในโรงเรียนที่จัดทำขึ้นในการการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริธรรม ( = 4.26) ส่วนด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนในการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริธรรม มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ( = 3.40)  2. ผลการรวบรวมข้อเสนอแนะ พบว่า ปัญหา อุปสรรค คือ ด้านการจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนในการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริธรรม ได้แก่ การเรียนมีสภาพที่ไม่เหมาะต่อการเรียนวิชาพระพุทธศาสนา เช่น การนั่งสมาธิการ สวดมนต์เป็นต้น ส่วนแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหา คือ ด้านการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริธรรมการเรียนการสอนแก่นักเรียน ได้แก่ ควรให้ครูมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนในรายวิชาพระพุทธศาสนา มาสอนให้มากขึ้น ควรเปลี่ยนบรรยากาศการเรียนโดยพาไปทัศนศึกษาตามวัดหรือธรรมชาติที่สงบ  3. แนวทางในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรม ในโรงเรียนจังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช คือ การพัฒนาบทบาทของพระสอนศีลธรรมในการพัฒนาคุณธรรมจริยธรรมในโรงเรียน ปัจจุบันเห็นว่า ควรเน้นให้พระภิกษุสงฆ์ควรที่จะอบรมศีลธรรมจริยธรรมทุกครั้งที่ทำการเรียนการสอน ควรมีพระอาจารย์ที่มีความรู้ความสามารถ และเทคนิคเกี่ยวกับคุณธรรมจริยธรรม มาสอนให้มาก ๆ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในส่งเสริมให้เด็กนักเรียน ควรเน้นให้มีแผนการพัฒนาคุณภาพของจริยธรรมกับนักเรียน เพื่อเกิดการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการของตัวเด็กนักเรียนเอง และพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้เด็กอยากเรียน ให้เด็กนักเรียนเห็นถึงความสำคัญเกี่ยวกับคุณธรรมจริยธรรมมากขึ้น  aThis thesis intended as follows: 1) Study the role of moral teachings in promoting morality and ethics. In school in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province 2) to study the problems and obstacles of promoting morality In schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat province 3) To study ways to promote morality in schools in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This research the researchers defined the mixed methodology model composed of quantitative research, the population of research includes Suan kulap Wittayalai School, The Nakorn Yanawaropas Uthit School and Chalermprakiat Somdej Srinagarindra School In total, 1,060 people, determined Krejcie and Morgan’s In prefabricated schedule samples for 285 of them and qualitative research, which collected data by in-depth interviews with five key informants analyzing quantitative data with prefabricated computer programs. The statistics used are percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Qualitative data analysis section performs data analysis using contextual analysis techniques  The results showed that :  1. The role of moral teaching monks in promoting of moral and ethics in school by overviews are at high-level ( = 3.89 ) when considering in each aspect from more to less found that the aspect of the development of moral and ethics to students are at highest mean ( = 4.34 ) and follow up the aspect of activity for developing moral and ethics ( = 4.26 ) and the aspect of management to develop moral and ethics are lowest mean ( = 3.40 )  2. The suggestions found that the problem, and obstacle are the aspect of management in school for the development of morals and ethics i.e. the learning was not suitable for Buddhism study ex. Meditation, praying, etc, the resolution; the aspect of the development of morals and ethics for learning of student i.e. teacher should set up with Buddhism experience. And should be more, study tour for other temple and calm nature place.  3) 3.
