07069nam a22002297a#450000100060000000700030000600800410000908200280005010000720007824503950015024601100054526001210065530000590077652041700083552016180500565000560662369000560667985000080673585600730674394200090681699800140682536491tz220531t2565    th ||||| |||| 00| 0 tha d  aดฎ 371.2bร372ร  aรัตนชัย เอี่ยมพิทักษ์พร  aรูปแบบการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตามแนวคิดโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธพระราชทาน =bElementary  School Administration Model according to the concept of Royal Award Buddhist Oriented Schools /cรัตนชัย เอี่ยมพิทักษ์พร  aElementary  School Administration Model according to the concept of Royal Award Buddhist Oriented Schools  aนครปฐม :bมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย,c2565  aฏ, 269 หน้า :bตาราง ;c30 ซม.  aการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบของการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตามแนวคิดโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธพระราชทาน 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตามแนวคิดโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธพระราชทาน  และ 3) ประเมินและรับรองรูปแบบการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตามแนวคิดโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธพระราชทาน โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ โรงเรียนวิถีพุทธพระราชทาน ระดับประถมศึกษา จำนวน 56 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา หัวหน้างาน 4 ฝ่าย คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน และผู้รับผิดชอบโครงการโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธพระราชทาน รวม 448 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถาม และแบบตรวจสอบรายการ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ 0.92 เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2564 ถึงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2565 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (EFA) โดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูปทางสถิติ   ผลการวิจัยพบว่า :  1. องค์ประกอบการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตามแนวคิดโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธพระราชทาน พบว่า ได้องค์ประกอบ 5 องค์ประกอบ และ 66 ตัวแปร  2. รูปแบบการบริหารงานโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาตามแนวคิดโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธพระราชทาน จากการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ (EFA) พบว่า มี 5 องค์ประกอบหลัก ได้แก่ 1) การบริหารงานโรงเรียน 2) กิจกรรมโรงเรียน 3) ไตรสิกขา 4) บรรยากาศโรงเรียน และ 5) การปฏิบัติตนของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน  3. การประเมินและรับรองรูปแบบจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ในด้านความเป็นไปได้ ความถูกต้อง ความเหมาะสม และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ ผ่านการประเมินคิดเป็นร้อยละ 100   aThe purposes of this research were as follows : 1) to study the components of the Elementary school administration model according to the concept of royal award buddhist oriented schools, 2) to create an elementary school administration model according to the concept of royal award buddhist oriented schools, and 3) to evaluate and affirm the elementary school administration model according to the concept of royal award buddhist oriented schools. The mixed research methodology was used in the study. The data were collected by questionnaires with reliability at 0.92, structural interviews and checklist forms from 448 samples consisting of school directors, heads of department, board of basic Education schools and the teachers responsible for the project in 56 royal award Buddhist oriented schools. The data were collected from January 2021 to February 202and then analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis.  1. The components of the Elementary School Administration model according to the concept of royal award buddhist oriented schools consist of 5 components and 66 variables.   2. The elementary school administration model according to the concept of royal award buddhist oriented schools from exploratory factor analysis (EFA) has 5 main components; 1) School Administration, 2) School Activities, 3) Tri-Sikkha, 4) School Atmosphere, and 5) Behavior of School Administrators.   3.
