08052nam a22002297a#450000100060000000700030000600800410000908200310005010000510008124502060013224600530033826001210039130000710051252051200058352019270570365000410763069000470767185000080771885600730772694200090779999800140780835890tz211019t2564    th ||||| |||| 00| 0 tha d  aดฎ 294.3144bร318ก  aรังสิยศ งามฤทธิ์  aการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบัน =bThe Development of Thai Buddhists in the Present /cรังสิยศ งามฤทธิ์  aThe Development of Thai Buddhists in the Present  aนครปฐม :bมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย,c2564  aฑ, 187 หน้า :bภาพประกอบ ;c30 ซม.  aดุษฎีนิพนธ์ เรื่อง “การพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบัน” นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้ ๑) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบัน ๒) เพื่อศึกษาหลักพุทธธรรมส่งเสริมการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบัน ๓) เพื่อบูรณาการการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบันด้วยหลักพุทธธรรม ๔) เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการสร้างองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ “รูปแบบการบูรณาการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบันด้วยหลักพุทธธรรม” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบเอกสาร มีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกพุทธศาสนิกชนผู้มีความรู้ด้านพระพุทธศาสนา จำนวน ๑๖ รูป/คน และจัดเสวนากลุ่มย่อย จำนวน ๖ รูป/คน โดยนำข้อมูลมาศึกษาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ และสรุปอภิปรายผลเชิงพรรณนา  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า   สภาพการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบันประกอบด้วย พระภิกษุ อุบาสก อุบาสิกา ในปัจจุบันส่วนหนึ่งยังขาดการพัฒนา การปฏิบัติที่ไม่ถูกต้องตามหน้าที่ของพุทธศาสนิกชนที่แท้จริง การทำหน้าที่ ๔ ด้านยังไม่สมบูรณ์เท่าที่ควร คือ ๑) ด้านการศึกษา ๒) ด้านการปฏิบัติ ๓) ด้านการเผยแผ่ และ ๔) ด้านการปกป้องพระพุทธศาสนา ถ้าหากพุทธศาสนิกชนไม่ตระหนักในเรื่องนี้ อาจส่งผลถึงการดำรงอยู่ของพระพุทธศาสนาในอนาคตได้หลักพุทธธรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบัน พบว่า ๑) ด้านการศึกษา ใช้หลักปัญญา ๓  ๒) ด้านการปฏิบัติใช้หลัก หิริ โอตตัปปะ ๓) ด้านการเผยแผ่ ใช้หลัก สัปปุริสธรรม ๗ และ อัตถะ ๓ และ ๔) ด้านการปกป้องพระพุทธศาสนา ใช้หลักมรรคมีองค ๘ และ อริยสัจจ ๔ การบูรณาการการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบันด้วยหลักพุทธธรรม สรุปได้ว่าการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบัน มี ๓ แนวทางคือ ๑) การปรับทัศนคติพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบันให้ตระหนักรู้ถึงหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบของความเป็นพุทธศาสนิกชนไทย ๒) การให้พุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบันได้ลงมือปฏิบัติหน้าที่อย่างอย่างสมบูรณ์จริงจังให้ครบทุกด้าน และ ๓) ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนด้านต่าง ๆ ที่เป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบันอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมและจริงจังองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับ “รูปแบบการบูรณาการพัฒนาพุทธศาสนิกชนไทยในปัจจุบันด้วยหลักพุทธธรรม” ได้แก่ “MAN MODEL”  aThe objectives of the dissertation entitled “The Development of Thai Buddhists In the Present” are as follows: 1) to study the development of Thai Buddhists in the present, 2) to study the Buddhist principles supporting the development of Thai Buddhists in the present, 3) to integrate the Buddhist principles in the development of Thai Buddhists in the present, and 4) to propose a guideline on “A model for the development of Thai Buddhists in the present with Buddhist principles”. The data of this documenary qualitative study were collected by in-depth interviews with 16 experts in Buddhism and by focus group discussions with 6 key-informants. The data were analyzed, synthesyzed and then concluded and presented in a descriptive method.  The results of the study were found that:  In the present state of Thai Buddhists, some monks and lay-Buddhists lacked of development and performing the true duty of Buddhists. The four areas of Buddhist duty are training, practice, propagating and protecting Buddhism are unsatisfying. Without the realization of Buddhists on these duties, the negative effects may occur to the stability of Buddhism in the long run.  The Buddhist principles supporting the development of Thai Buddhists in the present are; 1) Wisdom supports the training, 2) Hiri and Ottatappa support the practice, 3) Sappurisadhamma and Attha supports propagation, and 4) The Eightfold Path and The Four Noble Truths support the protection of Buddhism.   There are 3 guidelines in the development of Thai Buddhists in the present; 1) To adjust their attitude to realize the true duty of Buddhists, 2) To lead them perform the Buddhist duty actively and effectively, and 3) To encourage and support them to develop seriously and concretely.
