This research aims to research and develop online programs to empower students’ problem-solving skills. Theoretical principles and Buddhist doctrine In private schools, in 3 areas, 1) To develop an online programs based on the concept of “Knowledge + Action = Power”, 2) To assess the effectiveness of the online program based on the results of two phases of field trial research and, and 3) To do lesson learned to be informed of suggestions for improving the online program which consisted of 2 projects as follow; Project to develop teachers’ knowledge with 3 sets of handbooks and the project to develop students’ knowledge with 1 set of handbooks. This may be due to the use of vague idioms. or a form of presentation of content that is not motivational and the results of the problem-solving skills assessment of students who were in the experimental group after the teachers completed the knowledge development (Post-test) found that the mean was 71.21. Pre-test results with an average of 20.40 It was found that the students who were in the sample group in the experiment had a statistically significantly higher score from the post-test at the .05 level than before.
