12375nam a22002417a#450000100060000000700030000600800410000908200290005010000360007924504190011524601300053426001210066430000770078552077340086252032610859665000591185765000711191665000591198769000561204685000081210294200091211099800141211933940tz191214t2561    th ||||| |||| 00| 0 tha d  aสร 371.26bน416ก  aนันทกา ภูผา  aการประเมินการใช้หลักสูตรจุฬาลักษณ์ในระดับอนุบาล ของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด =bTHE EVALUATION OF THE CHULALAK NURSERY CURRICULUM PRACTICEDBY THE SCHOOLS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF MUANG ROI ET MUNICIPALITY /cนันทกา ภูผา  aTHE EVALUATION OF THE CHULALAK NURSERY CURRICULUM PRACTICEDBY THE SCHOOLS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF MUANG ROI ET MUNICIPALITY  aนครปฐม :bมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย,c2561  aฏ, 145 หน้า :bตารางประกอบ ;c30 ซม.  aสารนิพนธ์เรื่องนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินและติดตามผลการใช้หลักสูตรจุฬาลักษณ์ในระดับอนุบาลของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด 2) เพื่อรวบรวมวิธีการและแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานมาเป็นข้อมูลในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานการใช้หลักสูตรจุฬาลักษณ์ในระดับอนุบาลให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้นกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 265 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการแบ่งชั้นได้ 3 กลุ่ม คือกลุ่มผู้บริหาร กลุ่มครู และกลุ่มผู้ปกครอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบประเมินมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 26 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ (Frequencies) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (× ̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน(Standard Deviation = S.D.) โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการประเมินในการใช้หลักสูตรจุฬาลักษณ์ในระดับอนุบาลของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ดโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านผลผลิต มีระดับการประเมินสูงที่สุด รองลงมาได้แก่ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้รายวัน และด้านที่มีการประเมินต่ำที่สุด คือ ด้านความพร้อมของหลักสูตรและโรงเรียน2) ปัญหาอุปสรรค และแนวทางในการดำเนินงานการใช้หลักสูตร ในแต่ละด้านพบว่า  (1) ด้านความพร้อมของหลักสูตรและโรงเรียนพบว่า กิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรมีน้อย ไม่เน้นการเขียน อ่าน บริเวณโรงเรียนคับแคบ บุคลากรยังขาดความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในการพัฒนาสื่อ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ประกอบการเรียนการสอน ผู้ปกครองยังไม่มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักสูตรจุฬาลักษณ์แนวทางในการดำเนินงาน ควรเริ่มจากการพัฒนาครูให้มีความรู้ความสามารถในการพัฒนาสื่อและจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนานักเรียนรวมทั้งมีการนิเทศและจัดให้มีการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการหรือการไปศึกษาดูงานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องและควรมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ผู้ปกครองรับทราบ เข้าใจ ในเนื้อหาสาระ และการใช้หลักสูตรจุฬาลักษณ์ ตลอดจนการให้ความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาเด็กของตนที่บ้าน   (2)ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการและการเรียนรู้รายวันพบว่าครูยังจัดกิจกรรมได้ไม่หลากหลายเท่าที่ควร วัสดุอุปกรณ์ไม่ทันสมัยและไม่เพียงพอ เอกสารส่งเสริมการอ่าน ยังมีไม่เพียงพอขาดการสื่อสารกับผู้ปกครองในการให้ความร่วมมือในการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน และ ขาดงบประมาณสนับสนุนการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมให้เอื้อต่อการพัฒนานักเรียนแนวทางในการ ดำเนินงานควรปรับแผนและกิจกรรมการจัดประสบการณ์ให้ตรงตามเนื้อหาหลักสูตร ส่งเสริม สนับสนุนให้ครูผลิตและสร้างสื่อการสอนใหม่ๆ โรงเรียนควรตั้งงบประมาณจัดหาวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และมีการรายงานพัฒนาการนักเรียนให้ผู้ปกครอง และผู้บริหารทราบ   (3)ด้านผลผลิตพบว่า ครูดูแลนักเรียนไม่ทั่วถึง จึงส่งผลให้นักเรียนบางคน ขาดความมั่นใจในตนเอง อ่านไม่ออกและเขียนไม่ได้ แนวทางในการดำเนินงานควรจัดการอบรม ให้ความรู้เพื่อส่งเสริมและพัฒนาครูให้มีการดูแล ช่วยเหลือนักเรียนอย่างทั่วถึง มีประสิทธิภาพ และให้ความรู้ ความเข้าใจกับผู้ปกครองในแนวทางหลักสูตรจุฬาลักษณ์ ว่าหลักสูตรดังกล่าวต้องการเน้นในเรื่องการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับเด็ก พร้อมสร้างความตระหนักในเรื่องการให้ความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้ปกครองกับสถานศึกษา  aThe objectives of the research were 1) To evaluate and follow up usingthe Chulalaknursery curriculum practiced by the schools under the jurisdiction of Muang Roi Et Municipality2) To collect the method and practical guidelines for information of the use developingof the Chulalak nursery curriculum practiced more effective. The samples were 265 peopledivide into groups by stratified sampling were administrators, teachers and parent. The instrument used in this research is an evaluation form of five rating scale, comprising 26 items. Its reliability at 0.97. The statistical devices used for data analysis consisted of Frequency, Percentage, Mean (× ̅) and Standard Deviation (S.D.) by software program.  The research results were as follows: 1) Assessment on the use of the Chulalaknursery curriculum at the kindergarten level of Muang Roi ET Municipality was very high.When considering each aspect, productivity has the highest level of feedback. The next level was activity in promoting development and daily learning. At the lowest level opinion were the availability of curriculum and the school. 2) The obstacles and the way to use this course in each aspect found that:  (1)The availability of curriculum and school; the extra activities have less, don’t focus on the writing and reading skill.The school area is cramped. The teachers still lack of knowledge and specialization in media and material for teaching development. The parents don’t understand of Chulalak nursery curriculum yet. The guidelines for implementation should start todevelopingteachers at the knowledge andability ofmedia development, the developing of activity for students development.Also to providesupervision training and work shop or to study the work in the relate section. Moreover should to have the public relations to parents for knowing moreand getting more understanding to useChulalak nursery curriculum. As well as cooperation in development their children at home.   (2) The activities in developing promotionand daily learning found that the teachersdo not have as many activities as they should.Materials are not up to date and do not enough for the students. There are not enough books to promote reading. Lack of communication with parents to cooperate in student learning and lack of budget to support the development of environment conductive to student development  The guidelines for implementation; the plan and experienceactivityshould be adjusted to the course and apply it to the situation and context in the area. To promote and support the teachers create and make thenew materials. Schools shouldset up a budget for supply materials, and teachers should report student development to parents andadministrators.   (3) The productivity found thatteachers do not take care all students. So this result affect some students lack confidence. They can not read, and can not write. Theguidelines for implementation; to set up the training educate topromote and developteachers for taking care and helping cover and effective. To educate and make understanding to the parents on the way ofChulalak nursery curriculum, that this curriculum focus on child preparedness.
