08877nam a22002417a#450000100060000000700030000600800410000908200280005010000390007824504990011724601510061626001210076730000770088852050940096552022830605965000800834269000320842285000080845485600780846285600720854094200090861299800140862133432tz190923t2562    th ||||| |||| 00| 0 tha d  aสร 321.8bน176ค  aนพพร ฮะวังจู  aความรู้ความเข้าใจการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตตำบลนาดี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาครbKnowledge and Understanding in Democratic Rules of Educational Personnel in Nadi Sud-district Municipality, Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province /cนพพร ฮะวังจู  aKnowledge and Understanding in Democratic Rules of Educational Personnel in Nadi Sud-district Municipality, Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province  aนครปฐม :bมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย,c2562  aณ, 105 หน้า :bตารางประกอบ ;c30 ซม.  aสารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ความเข้าใจการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตตำบลนาดี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ความเข้าใจการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตตำบลนาดี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร กับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในเขตตำบลนาดี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษา ในเขตตำบลนาดี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร จำนวน 159 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบการใช้โอกาสความน่าจะเป็น (Questionnaire) ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจง ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และทดสอบสถิติค่าไคสแควร์ (Chi – Square)   ผลการวิจัยพบว่า   1) บุคลากรทางการศึกษามีความรู้ความเข้าใจการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยของโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มากที่สุด ได้แก่ ด้านรูปแบบประชาธิปไตยอยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมา คือ ด้านหลักการประชาธิปไตยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านอุดมการณ์ประชาธิปไตยอยู่ในระดับน้อย   2) บุคลากรทางการศึกษามีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาการปฏิบัติงานต่างกัน มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรทางการศึกษา เขตตำบลนาดี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร โดยรวม 3 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05  3) แนวทางการส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจในการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาด้านหลักการของประชาธิปไตย ควรให้ความรู้และสร้างค่านิยมในด้านหลักการประชาธิปไตยแก่บุคลากรทางการศึกษา โดยจัดนิทัศการเสนอหลักการของประชาธิปไตยที่ถูกต้อง ด้านรูปแบบประชาธิปไตย ควรจัดกิจกรรมและส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรทางการศึกษา มีความรู้เกี่ยวข้องกับแนวทางของรูปแบบของประชาธิปไตย ด้านอุดมการณ์ คือ บุคลากรทางการจัดสื่อเทคโนโลยีให้มากขึ้น ให้ไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน  aThe objectives of this thematic paper were as follows :  1) to study the knowledge and understanding of democratic rules of educational personnel in Nadi Sub-district, Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province; 2) to study the relationship between knowledge and understanding of democracy of education personnel in Nadi Sub-district, Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province, and personal factors; and 3) to study guidelines for promoting knowledge and understanding about democratic governance of educational personnel in Nadi Sub-district, Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province. The sample group consisted of 159 personnel in educational institutions in Nadi Sub-district, Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province. Simple random methods were used. The research instruments were questionnaires. The used statistics in data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean and Chi-Square.  The results of research were found as follows :  1) Educational personnel had knowledge and understanding of democratic governance of the overall level at a moderate level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the most level was the aspect of the democratic form which was at a high level, followed by a moderate level of the aspect of democratic rules, and the aspect that had the least average value was the democratic ideology which was at the low level.  2) Educational personnel with different sex, age, education level, and operating periods had relationship to knowledge and understanding of democratic rules of personnel in educational institutions in Nadi Subdistrict, Mueang District, Samut Sakhon Province, in total 3 aspects with statistical significance at 0.05.  3) Guidelines for promoting knowledge and understanding of democratic rules of educational personnel on the principles of democracy were as follows : There should educate and create values in democratic principles for educational personnel by organizing demonstration to propose the principles of the right democracy; In the aspect of the form of democracy, there should organize activities and encourage educational personnel, with knowledge related to the ways of democratic forms.
