11943nam a22002657a#450000100060000000700030000600800410000908200280005010000660007824506440014424602070078826001210099530000770111652068230119352032420801665000771125865000791133565000501141469000321146485000081149685600781150485600721158294200091165499800141166333063tz190815t2562    th ||||| |||| 00| 0 tha d  aสร 362.6bพ975บ  aไพฑูรย์ เสริมศิริมงคล  aบทบาทองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองมะเดื่อ อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร =bThe Roles of Local Administrative Organizations in Management of Social Welfare for Elderly People of Khlong Maduea Sub-District Administrative Organization, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province /cไพฑูรย์ เสริมศิริมงคล  aThe Roles of Local Administrative Organizations in Management of Social Welfare for Elderly People of Khlong Maduea Sub-District Administrative Organization, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province  aนครปฐม :bมหาวิทยาลัยมหามกุฏราชวิทยาลัย,c2562  aด, 114 หน้า :bตารางประกอบ ;c30 ซม.  aสารนิพนธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังต่อไปนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองมะเดื่อ อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองมะเดื่อ อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร ในผู้สูงอายุที่มีเพศ อายุ และรายได้ ต่างกัน และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองมะเดื่อ อำเภอกระทุ่มแบน จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภูมิลำเนาอยู่ในองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองมะเดื่อ จำนวน 345 คน โดยใช้สูตรของของทาโร่ ยามาเน และวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่ายในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.80 สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และการทดสอบความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว (One-Way ANOVA) เมื่อพบความแตกต่างจะเปรียบเทียบเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของ LSD (Least Significant Difference)  ผลการวิจัยพบว่า:  1. ผู้สูงอายุที่ตอบแบบสอบถามมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองมะเดื่อ โดยรวมทั้ง 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการมีสุขภาพอนามัยที่ดี ด้านนันทนาการ และด้านการมีงานทำและการมีรายได้ ตามลำดับ  2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบทดสอบสมมติฐานของการวิจัย พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุที่มีเพศ และอายุ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองมะเดื่อ โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน แต่ผู้สูงอายุที่มีรายได้ ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุ โดยรวม แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05   3. ข้อเสนอแนวทางการจัดสวัสดิการผู้สูงอายุขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลคลองมะเดื่อ มีดังนี้ 1) ด้านการมีสุขภาพอนามัยที่ดี ได้แก่ เพิ่มการจัดอบรมให้ความรู้เรื่องการรับประทานอาหาร การใช้ยา และการดูแลสุขภาพอนามัยผู้สูงอายุให้กับผู้สูงอายุและคนในครอบครัว 2) ด้านการมีงานทำและการมีรายได้ ได้แก่ ควรเพิ่มโครงการอบรมส่งเสริมอาชีพให้กับผู้สูงอายุมากขึ้น มีกองทุนให้กู้ยืมสนับสนุนการประกอบอาชีพโดยจัดสถานที่จำหน่ายสินค้าในบริเวณที่เหมาะสม มีการประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ช่วยกันอุดหนุนสินค้าของผู้สูงอายุ และ 3) ด้านนันทนาการ ได้แก่ ควรเพิ่มโครงการกระตุ้นเชิญชวนให้ผู้สูงอายุหันมาออกกำลังกายให้มากขึ้น มีการดูแลให้มีสวนสาธารณะหรือสวนสุขภาพที่สะดวกปลอดภัยและมีอุปกรณ์การออกกำลังการที่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุอย่างเพียงพอ  aThis thematic paper had the following objectives: 1) to study the opinions about the role of local administrative organizations in management of social welfare for elderly people of Khlong Maduea Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon province;  2) to compare the opinions about the role of local administrative organizations in management of social welfare for elderly people of Khlong Maduea Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon Province, classified with different gender, age and income; and 3) to suggest guidelines for management of social welfare for elderly people of Khlong Maduea Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon province. It was a quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 345 elderly people living in Khlong Maduea Sub-district Administrative Organization. Taro Yamane's formula and simple sampling methods were used for data collection. The used tools in the research were questionnaires with the reliability of 0.80. The used statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. T-test and One-Way ANOVA test. When differences were found, they were compared in pairs with the LSD (Least Significant Difference) method.  The results of research were found as follows:  1. The elderly people who responded to the questionnaires had opinions   about the role of local administrative organizations in management of social welfare for elderly people of Khlong Maduea Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krathum Baen District, Samut Sakhon province, by sorting the average from descending order to being in the aspect of good health, the aspect of recreation and the aspect of employment and income respectively.  2. The comparison of the hypothesis of the research was found that the elderly with different gender and age had overall no different opinions about the role of local government organizations in management of social welfare for elderly people of Khlong Maduea Subdistrict Administrative Organization. But the elderly people with different incomes had different opinions on the elderly welfare management, with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.  3.
